Bank Holiday Closures

Martock & South Petherton Surgeries will be closed on the Bank Holiday dates during May.  These are:

  • Monday 1 May
  • Monday 8 May
  • Monday 29 May

The practice will reopen on Tuesday, but please be aware that the day after a Bank Holiday is always extremely busy.  If you concern can wait a day or two, please contact us later in the week so that we can focus on those requests which are medically urgent.

When the practice is closed, please contact NHS 111  for urgent healthcare advice.  For emergencies please call 999.

 

Easter Bank Holiday – surgery closure

Please be aware that Martock and South Petherton Surgeries will be CLOSED for the Bank Holidays on Friday 7 April and Monday 10 April 2023.

The practice will reopen on Tuesday 11 April.  Please be aware that the day after a Bank Holiday is usually very busy so if your concern can wait a day or too, please contact us later in the week.

If you require assistance over the Easter weekend please contact:

  • 999 in the event of an emergency
  • 111 for other medical help
  • your local pharmacy for minor ailments or illness

AskMyGP – online patient access

Online patient access to AskMyGP is now available from 7am to 11am.  Please submit your request online during these times if you can.  If you need urgent attention or if you do not have online access, please call the surgery on 01460 240707 and speak to a Receptionist who will assist with your request.  Please be aware that requests are assessed by our Clinical team and will be dealt with in priority order due to clinical need.
