AskMyGP – online patient access

Online patient access to AskMyGP is now available from 7am to 11am.  Please submit your request online during these times if you can.  If you need urgent attention or if you do not have online access, please call the surgery on 01460 240707 and speak to a Receptionist who will assist with your request.  Please be aware that requests are assessed by our Clinical team and will be dealt with in priority order due to clinical need.

Please consider if your issue can be dealt with another way by self-help – NHS website www.nhs.uk or visiting the local pharmacy.  For further information about local NHS services, please visit https://nhssomerset.nhs.uk/health/choose-well/

Martock Surgery Site closed on Friday 17th February 2023 – South Petherton Surgery Site Remains Open
It is with regret that on Friday 17th February 2023, the Martock Surgery site will be closed due to known staff shortages.
Patients are asked not to attend the Martock site on this day as they will not be able to enter.
The South Petherton site will remain open and patients should continue to call the surgery on 01460 240707 for support.
We apologise for the inconvenience and wish to thank our patients in advance for their continued patience and support.
